I really like this one! It has the uniform that was worn for most of the War after the D-Day Jump. The M1 rifle even has the "stacking swivel" that some of the 1/9 scale are missing. I was out shooting my M1 this past weekend, what a hoot!!

I wish the S&T paratroopers were still around, they had both D-Day and Market Garden figs, this one would go with those nicely. I have one of these on order, I plan to convert him to a D-day guy to go with 3-4 other D-day paratroopers that I have in the collection. Just got to give him some new boots, and add some patches to his elbows and knees. The patches aren't a requirement, but they kind of reinforce that they guy is a D-day paratrooper. Can never have too many good paratroopers in the collection.

Just got mine today. It looks like one of the best sculpted and cast figures I have purchased. The upper body and legs are one piece, and I see no trace of a seam line anywhere (including the inside of the legs, where there always seems to be a seam line on 1 piece figs). Detail is excellent. I originally planned on converting him to a D-day paratrooper, but I am strongly considering building and painting him oob, a rarity for me. If you like Paratrooper or WWII figs, or just appreciate a good figure regardless of time period, you will want to get this one. If I can get the old camera a' workin', I might whip up a quick review.
Cheers
Jason
