Desperately seeking samurai

I guess I know what the answer before I ask, but "you don't know till" . Anyone got a 120mm Fort Duquesne mounted Li Red Devil Samurai they can't face building and want to pass on? This somehow passed my radar until well after production stopped.

Good luck with this mate. I think SK miniatures have taken control of some, if not all of the samurai busts. Maybe Steve can shed some light on your quest.

I have been looking for the same figure for years now. Once in awhile it will show up on ebay and sold for well over for $200.
For your information the sculptor Emmanuel Evalerio in the Samurai Archives Citadel forum indicated that "On my workbench is the Red Devil I did for Fort Duquesne Miniatures many years ago. I am slowly taking my time, enjoying resculpting almost the entire figure. By the time I finish it won't resemble the figure I originally did for Fort Duquesne. "

Thanks yellowcat that sounds promising. $200 is a bit rich for me as I wanted to use it as a base for resculpting a different armour. Not not that it may be worth that price for it's rarity, but asking that much is just seems like profiteering to me! Let's hope a reissue or that the Evalerio resculpt will surface as a retail piece.

Not wanting to hijack this thread, but if there is an unfinished and unwanted Ii Naomasa bust by Augie Rodriguez for Fort Duquesne gathering dust or feeling abandoned on someone's grey army, I'm interested.
