For a long time 1/12th was my favorite scale. Big enough for great detail, but not as large as 1/9. This guy is great, and just screams for a set of legs...and an adversary!

Great figure. I think in the last times, there´s a general trend of doing busts with a lot of movement.

Each to their own and I know your own work is superb. I do however like Sergey's representation of battle staining with blood and gore etc. which looks to be 'just right'.... but that's entirely my own opinion and of course, needs a painter of Sergey's or your own ability to pull it off convincingly. I would never achieve the details and effects he and you do. Congratulations anyway on a tremendous box art absent any such effects and I hope the piece does well commercially.
