A Fixture
This past weekend, while going through my new local hobby shop, I saw an issue of Fine Scale Modeler. I don't usually get these magazines but two things drew me to this issue. One, there was an article about building and finishing a T-55 tank which, as it turns out, was done by our own Chris Mrosko and Brett Avants. Then there was an article about taking better digital photgraphs. Always one to do ANYTHING to improve my rather sorry photography, I picked it up. Ehhhh, I thought, at least I have something to occupy a few minutes of my time. What I got, once I started reading was a VERY useful article explaining the in's and out's of basic digital camera knowledge (nearly all of which I discovered I knew nothing of! 
:lol: ) and taking better pictures geared towards models and also articles for magazines. I quickly discovered a lot of what Mark Thompson was talking about, I wasn't doing or was struggling with. If you happen to see this magazine, make sure you pick it up or, as I also discovered, you can read the Digital Camera Article here. FSM has completely redone their website now.
