Sad to hear about your loss, Costas!

But I think that giving up the hobby isnt a good solution. Rather it is in such times its nice to have a hobby like ours to relax.

Seeing how productive and skilled youre are both here and in Armoram Ill bet you will be back sooner than you think.

Hobby material is replaceable, but life isn't. It is great to hear that your family is safe. If anything, perhaps getting back to paint a figure may help cope with the stress from this situation?

Hang in there ...

I don't even know how to begin to offer words of comfort. It must be so devastating. Try and take comfort from the fact that no one was hurt. Take some time out to recover from this and i'm sure the will to start again from scratch will kick in after a while.

Best wishes

Keith

Hi Costas

I too extend my sympathies. I was happy to read you and your daughter are OK!

If you send me a wish/replacement list, I can send you some items from my overstocked shelves! I have lots of paint (oil, acrylic & enamel) and I could part with a figure or two easily!

All the best.
Andy

Costas , my heart is with you. Please don't let this terrible accident kill your love for this hobby. If I can be of any help please just let me know

Costas, I can only echo everyone else by saying don't give up. I know you'll get back on your feet and start enjoying this wonderful hobby again.

Costas,

I am also sorry to hear about your disaster. I'm glad nobody was hurt. I have a large stockpile of tools, kits and paints that I've accumulated over the years. Please feel free to let me know what I can help you with. Don't give up.

Costas

Very sorry!!! Although only material things disappeared, I can understand your confusion.
As we say before me of many members, having realized that you are all safe, and when the works will be finished, you will have the courage and the envy to return to the hobby and to make more beautiful things.
My thoughts go towards you and your family.

Costas, In a time like this, it is easy to get discouraged. I know I would. Sadly, there is no answer, no solution. What little I can say, is hold that 20 month old child in your arms, and thank God that she, and the rest of your family are safe and sound.

The road ahead may be difficult, but, with family, and for your family, I am sure you will find happiness. Don't turn your back upoon the hobby, it will always be here, whether you have the resources or not. We will always be here as well, and hopefully, in time, you too can make it back.

Think of PF as a neighborhood bar- you are always welcome, and somebody will always know your name.

Robert !!!!! what else can i say than thanks a lot on your kind offer. I am already working hard every afternoon to clean the place so i can plan and start restoring. Will take some time but i am decided to go on and bring my hobby alive. Your contri to this will be valuable
