it stands for Black Rebels Motorcycle Club, from the bikers in the wild ones film. doesn't really tie in with TinTin, so was thinking of sanding it away, but then I like the look of it, so may paint it out in a yellow tone to go better with the brown jacket. or sand down the text and leave the skull in place, will have to decide soon though, what do you reckon?

Ah got ya ! ......guess who hasn't seen the film !

As for the back ......what about removing letters and paint the dog sat on top of the skull ? ......or remove skull and lettering and do the dog on its own ?

Look forward to seeing what you go for

Happy benchtine

so, removed the moulded on badge and wording and after seeing Naps post, have gone with snowey on his jacket, needs some of the black outline thinning down a bit, but still very chuffed with it.

started detail painting of the bike. have a few cast metal leads to attach, the fun bit is going to be attaching the rear supports to the bike and at the same time fixing the rear hub in place. same with the front forks, which as well as attaching the wheel to the mudguard, will then have to attach that sub assembly to the bike and line up TinTin's Hands

Got more parts of the bike glued together, bit tricky with so many touch points but all done. Also got the 'young mans' boots painted;

so tried a dry run with the 3 bits tonight and blown away at the design of the kit as they all join up nicely. only slight issue is I had two 'left' seat supports, so had to make one into a right side support but with the figure seated you will never know.
