This one is looking better and better. I too received an airbrush as a birthday gift, but haven't had a chance to try it out yet. I have to wait for better weather. I've never used one before and did not think an airbrush would work too well on 54's. I've changed my opinion since seeing your results.

Well, I'm just starting to learn how to use it, but I think it will be very useful to draw the planes of shadows and lights, especially in big surfaces like cloaks, shields, etc. But you always have to end with the good old brush!

The figure is finished! I made the ground using pine bark, some milliput, acrylic paste and a sort of plants. The fern is lasercut plant.
Painted with airbrush, drybrush, some washes… And that’s it!
This little king has been a very happy surprise. One of the figures that I have enjoyed painting the most. No complications, just enjoy painting!
