Romain is the man!
Brilliant to see his artwork becoming more accessible now he has become a full time artist.

We will all be winners for this combination of talents & creativeness.
Do hope the Don is a successful venture for you both :)
He looks suitably quirky & loony, plus a fun bust to paint.

I can see Brian Snaddon amongst others working their magic on this little guy.

Stay safe,
Mike

Great subject from a great sculptor

Lots of fun to paint ..love the lance and ofcourse the face ...great

Bring on that box art DH !

Look forward to seeing this one

My only disappointment it where the eyes have been filled in when Romain sculpted them a certain way with the irises (as he usually does) which set off the whole facial expression. Though that's only a tiny thing with a great sculpt.

Not sure how much you know from Romain Van Den Bogaert but it's well worth friending him on Facebook. That way you often see work in progress and find out what he has released and through his own personal collection which he sells directly.
