Jay, I think it is a second painted figure, since in the comic series the Hulk had some kind of split personality thing going on, in the end he separated into two different Hulks, the green one and the grey one (but there's still more personalities). I remember watching the TV series when I was a child. Ah, those were the days...

Those are some nice hefty location lugs, not much chance of mis-fitting parts on this! Looks good, should be a big hit with Hulk fans.
