AH!!! My dream project would definitely be to build a diorama with Andrea's magnificient Roman Bireme. I'd need two or three of them and present them on water sculpted in resin and navigating at raming speed.

Now, if only I could find the money,...no,no, I mean the fortune I'd need to make my dream come true :(

I'd like to do a Napoleonic staff group like Paine's famous "Eve of Essling" scratch-built in 1/48 scale - probably an 1812 scene. Or maybe marshal Ney sustaingint ehr ear guard after Yvon in 1/48 scale. But I never start because I KNOW that I will never be able to maintain my mometum and complete it. And if I do, it will take so long that my skills and technique are bound to change visibly rendering the whole thing of inconsistent quality. Can you tell I am a defeatist?

I think I am one of the oldest here in the planet and my dream is.............to live long enough to paint al the figures in my closet.......

I'm with gary D. To have the idea, sculpt it and then paint it would be the pinnacle for me. For those already talented enough to be doing this.......I'm catching up!!!!
