Hello, everyone.:)
I have completed my lastest model.
Andrea's HICKOK.
Setting is (DUEL AT SUNSET).
I considered the state that the sunset is worth from the right side.
I think there is various evaluation, but I welcome all comments.:)

Stunning work.
I like the light you paint on the figure, but sorry i find it not so well excequeted. If the sunset is there, the light comes from his left side.
That red-orange led must on his right leg to and should be smoothend to a soft shine of red light over his right torso to. Even with the hat, there is a orange spot, smooth it out..
I hope i make my self clear.......
You did a marvelous job, something unusual, chapo for that, but in my opinion not good enough.

I really like the execution of this one and the fact that you have set the figure in a more rural setting rather then a western town street.

Excellent painting, Mitsutaka.
The beautiful warm light has worked well.
Great groundwork too.The left foot appears a little elevated but that may just be the photo.
Well done.

Thank you very much, everyone.
I thank everyone.
I'd like to consult everyone's opinion and correct this work a little more.

Excellent work, but for a duel at sunset, Wild Bill would likely be standing in the middle of the street.

Hikaru san,
like the others, I like how you are pushing the boundrys of light, colour, and shade.

I understand the light is coming from the viewers side, which is reversed to the figures.

YEs, sunset light has warmer shades, and the shadows have been done to help catch the comparison.

I guess you are working from studies of live figures?

Have you had a freind pose in a similar style of hat? The angle of the sun and how the figure is wearing the hat, the underside of the brim may have a catchlight too? Or maybe not, depending on the angle.

I'll copy these images to my files, so that as I get better, gopefully I can tackle something like this in the future too.

Cheers
Jamie
