Turning to the assembly of the figure, the vest is especially problematic. It comes in four pieces, so I glued first, the two back pieces, filled using epoxy putty, painted them inside, and then glued them to the back of the figure (previously painted). Finally I added the front parts of the vest, and painted it all. The last assembled parts were the arms, head and sword.

The Red and the Blue colours work really well together,i love the larger photo with background,it looks great,is this a one off or are you doing the other dueling samurai to go with it ?

This is one of the minis that I really want to try and paint someday , and yours is an excellent painted piece that I would use as a reference. Your SBS is also very helpful....Great!
