Dutch soldier in Afghanistan.

A colleque in my hospital her son has done his time in Afghanistan.
So she wanted to give him a painted version of a trooper. But, he is dutch. Now is my question, i don't know nothing about modern military, can this


figure be done in dutch colors and with this equipment.

If not can somebody put me in the right direction, even if there is another figure needed.
Size doesn't matter, also a bust is possible

why do you not use the figure the NSM has issued ?
A typical Dutch infantry man 2006/07 in 120mm resin !
