Hello everybody. I am new in this forum. This is my last work, 1/10 bust from Young Miniature. Painted in acrylics and oils (any advice and criticism is more than welcome).

Great to see you posting and a bust as well ....love the whole piece , uniform colour vey good , natural fleshwork and tge textures you've added on equipt ( backpack etc ) looks very good

I would like to also compliment you on your brushwork you have a lovely piece there although I would make the comments that the M43 Combat Jacket should be in OD 7 and not that of the M42 Paratrooper Jacket (101st A/B were issued the M43 Combat Uniform to replace the old M42 Paratrooper Uniform after the Normandy Campaign for Operation Market Garden}
The Rocket Launcher should also be a Darker O.D. colour as all manufactured paints for ordnance, vehicles etc are to a standard, and lastly the scarf or wool muffler is to light in my mind it should be a darker brown however it could i guess have been one sent from Home ?
Sorry if what I write sounds harsh but as a WW2 buff and past uniform collector details I think matter

Thank you so much for your comments. You are absolutely right regarding the M42 and M43 uniform. I changed the color just because of an artistic reason, trying to get more contrast with the scarf and bazooka. Also I would like to try this camel color since it has been the first time. If it was a commission work, for sure I would go with the right color.
Regarding the the rocket launcher, I am pretty confident with the color but you are right that seems lighter in the pictures. Also, the from view is lighter since it is the "light side".
Nothing to say about the scarf... maybe it was a present hahahaha
