I agree entirely. No one doubts the costs involved in producing a figure, but I have to question the wisdom of producing a figure only a small percentage (I thin k) of painters can either afford or will buy. This outfit is one of two European producers whose products I admire constantly but never consider purchasing due to ridiculous price tags. Every business is entitled to a profit. This is nuts.

Blimey that's a little high to say the least ..not sure what Historex mark up is but bet they are making on it a fair bit ..that's if anyone can afford it .

Sometimes I feel companies might well be heading to price themselves out the market and of business .

Off to paint a cheaper bit of resin ..lol

Bear in mind a Pegaso "90mm" is now £78.40. There has been previous discussion on the relative merits and costs of Resin vs Metal and I am not privy to the price differentials so it is difficult to judge. There are of course UK suppliers of 120mm resin kits at much lower prices than this as you point out Ralph. No doubt the £vEuro is also a factor here.

Pricey indeed, what a pity! There's a whole bunch of Andrea 90mm figures that are stunning, but so much above the price bandwidth of the scale that I haven't bought any of them. This figure goes on the same list I'm afraid....

The worst shame is that it's such an excellent figure and out of most people's price range.

Andrea & Pegaso have been very expensive for some time though.
