This is my first Fantasy figure, he's half man half bull, probably a super hero or villian.

Good start Ken,
the title reminds me (as does the sculpture) of one of the characters from China Melvilles "Iron Council".....

is it to be a bust, or to evolve into a full figure?

anatomically, looks ok.

figure seems powerful, a facial expression will help determine the 'mood' of the character.

Facial expression -- that's it, in the angle of the 1st pic he looks sheepish, drooping ears and his eyes looking up, from front on I'm hoping that with his determined looking mouth and pierceing eyes I'll get away with it.
