Mike Blank's The Defeated by elan13. A really enjoyable project. Limited colour scheme all in oils.
Works best with simple groundwork, only little tweak being a Lapwing type nest with 4 eggs (a bit oversized but makes them visible)
Next elan13 project will be using 3 Ian Succamore 54mm ECW figures.

excellent work, only criticism being the hole drilled into the belt, which stands out on the blown up pic... which would obviously be pin sized on the figure at normal size...

Nicely done Del, especially like the boots. I have this one to do soon, currently working on Mikes Cromwell, his figures are simple but that in itself creates a painting challenge and Mike has a unique style which is so difficult to replicate.

I'm currently working up a scene using your ECW sergeant and officer along with the cleric.
The background will be Oxford at the gate to the Bocardo Prison......might also involve a donkey if I can fit it in
