Hi everyone:

Here are the final pictures of my latest project, a 170mm sculpt of this WarHammer 40K character.

The whole figure demand me almost a month and it's an orderd work for a fellow modeler in Spain (he'll be in charge of the painting work). It was a real pain as the original picture was profusely detailed and needs a lot of work to emulate such finish oon the 3D version :(

As it can bee seen proportions aren't right the ones of these kind of figures, mostly because of an unconsciuos impulse to make him more "real"

Hope you like it.
Regards

Guillermo

Extremely well Done. (y)

I would love to se the SBS. Especially on that detail. I like the way you made the flames coming off of the sword.

Oh Man!!! That is simply Awesome! Great detail work for sure. I would also love to see more close up's of the details and how you went about making them!

Congrats on a superb sculpt!!!

OUSTANDING!

I hope your Spanish friend does the sculpt justice with his painting!

You've really made a good job of capuring Adrian Smiths original illustration.

Cheers

Rob

Thanks all of you! :)

This figure was part of a set on which were included previously posted dewback&trooper and Boba Fett.

To tell you the truth it demanded me much more time than estimated, so I felt some " underpayment sensation" especially with this one :p (anyway a deal is a deal).

Hope it got well painted and have some pictures in the future to show here!

Here are first steps of its construction...

Inner volumes (as usual in my case) are made of carved poliexpan.
Some steps ahead ...
