Dear Planeteers,
here is the finished archer. This fabulous bust by Mediveal Forge Miniatures is a miniature painter’s dream. The sculpt is fantastic, the cast perfect and the fitting superb. Our fellow takes a lot of real-estate in the cabinet, though.

Hope you like the result.
Greetings from Berlin and happy painting!

Hi Sven

Nice painting all over on this imposing piece , a lot to deal with , like the fleshwork and the clothing colours

What did you use to string the bow ........ fishing line ?

Why not vote in previous months FOTM as well as entering in the class of your choice in this months

Thanks for sharing

Look forward to seeing more

Happy benchtime

Hi Nap,

I used a simple thread of the right thickness. In my opinion, fishing line is too smooth and lacks texture. Once the thread was tightened, I applied thin cement to make the thread stuff and sturdy. That worked fine.
