I am looking for a reliable source of uniform plates of English Grenadiers from the middle of 18th century.

Any recommendations? I have troubles finding anything satisfactory online.

Try www.royalcollection.org.uk there is a set of plates by David Morier or just Google David Morier.
I have some stuff I can email you if you don't mind waiting until I get home from sea the middle of next week.
