In light of the experiences reported above, I won't be ordering anything from Panzerart no matter how good the quality is.

What I take way from reading all this is that they provide a very shoddy service. At best extremely inefficient, at worst lazy and only interested in taking payment.

Very short-sighted if they think that's how business works. They need to smarten up their act sharpish, or existing customers won't return and potential new ones won't bother.

There's old postings about them on r/modelmakers and britmodeller too so I don't expect any improvement in the future.

Most of us don't even mind waiting for the order, it's the complete lack of communication that's the problem. They could do it in Polish for all I care, just something so the buyer doesn't feel like he's getting scammed.
