Ensign of the Grenadier Guards at the Battle of Inkerman in 1854. First figure from a trilogy dedicated to this battle. Fought on November 5, in very poor visibility conditions, is called also the Soldiers Battle. The fog cleared in the afternoon and only then, the commanders in charge sent reinforcements in the hot spots. The Sandbag Battery was a very hot spot for the Guards Brigade and changed hands several times during the day. The Grenadier Guards Regiment was the only regiment to carry their colors into the battle.
Figure is from Troop54 and the size is 54mm.
Hope you like it. Your feedback is very much appreciated.
Cheers!
Zeno :)
