Ilya this is phenomenally good.I ordered the figure the minute it was announced by Revolution through a Russian friend of mine.As I have all the Revolution samurai, this was a one way decision. It is one of the best samurai ever released IMHO and you have certainly done justice to it.Please let me know how you broke down in steps the design on the horse's flanchards. It is an iconic piece of Japanese design but I have never been able to reproduce it.I would appreciate any advice.

Oda.

I am refering to the green and yellow swastika design on the pieces that protect the horse's sides.

I understood you. Here I used a little trick. Printed on the printer the desired picture of the required size. Then, with a sharp knife, I cut out the extra elements so that a stencil was obtained. I put it on the saddle and painted it yellow with an airbrush. The saddle was previously painted green. Thus, a correct geometric pattern was obtained. Further, it is simply finalized with a brush, highlights and shadows are added.

Very clever. Thank you Ilya, I will try it myself.

Beautiful work, a lot of details to look at, from the banner to the ground.
