This is the first of many open box reviews of the series of figures from Sergey of Evolution Miniatures. This two figure set represents U.S.Special Forces Afghanistan 2001-2003.



The figures are supplied in a box with colour box art and all parts are contained within poly zip lock bags. All parts are cast in dark grey resin. The scale of the figures are 1/35th.

A close inspection of all the parts of both the figures show exceptional detail and crispness of detail and casting, among some of the best I have seen at this scale. I am struggling to find any clean up of parts other than removal of the small casting blocks.

I have attached multiple images at the bottom of the page of close-ups of the parts. This is quite a modern subject for me and I am unable to comment on the equipment, rifles etc. but anyone interested in this area of figure painting will be very knowledgeable on the subject. I can only give this one Highly recommended based on the quality of the outstanding casting and quality of detail.
