Credit where credit's due......I recently purchased the Grenadier Miniatures Life Guard Officer bust from SK Miniatures. I've dealt with Steve numerous times, so it was no surprise to have the package on my doorstep within a week (Britain to Canada).

Due to my clumsiness, I badly damaged the pistol during clean up. I contacted Grenadier Miniatures on line enquiring on how to purchase a replacement part. Stuart sent it to me free of charge (again within a week).
