Robert, I presume that your wanting to post in the "Articles" section?
We are always accepting new articles/features and require that they are sent to one of the staff or to myself, at which point we will convert your submission to a PDF file (so it prints out correctly) . It will then be added to the features area.
Only the admins have permissions to post in the articles area (to keep it uncluttered) replies are fully allowed however.
