That face is outstanding. Different pose for a bust, where the face isn't focused at you, but a solemn downcast look, gives it a dramatic feel. Very nice

Exceptional face. Uniform could do with some badges (like shooters badge or GTO) or orders (order of red star or red banner or order of glory although it may be too early in the war for that) to add some excitement and make Nap's day

And star on "pilotka" is upside down for some reason. They would usually have golden hammer and sickle, not plain red star.

Overall, very good bust -face is a highlight for me.
