Evening all.
Not quite ready for the Avon show at the weekend - I've now got him all based up and ready to be seen by the world. It is of course one of the small busts from Fer (1 16th?) One piece casting in resin which didn't need much cleaning up.
I made the mistake of priming in light grey since I'd run out of the usual black; this meant I spent a lot of time spotting little flashes of grey primer in the deep texture of his hair and fur cloak which needed touching up
I'd originally planned a blonde, but my wife suggested that he needed to be red so I tweaked the colour a bit and was happy with the result.
All painted in acrylics and popped onto one of Oakwood's lovely turned plinths.
Cheers
Paul
