Figure holding tools?

Looking for quality holding/mounting tools to figures. T
Then painting them! Any
Ideas?

My left hand with a glove.
Sincerely for most figures I don't bother with a tool.
But I do have a big clamp which Is attached to my work bench for very heavy pieces.
I do always have a foam piece on my bench when painting in case I drop the painted piece to prevent damage

I use toothpicks, cut down brush handles and one of those cool holders from www.crazywenky.de.
