Well, there’s a new word for you; made up on the spot by us to describe what’s going to be happening on Sunday at FigureWorld.
You all know FigureWorld will be taking place on Saturday the 7th of July 2012 at Oundle School, Oundle, near Peterborough PE8 4GH.
On Sunday, we’re going to open the hall up for a second day of fun, but this time no need for displays; just bring your paints and figures or your sculpting kit, and have a day sitting around with loads of other folk doing what you do all alone at your bench all the rest of the year.
Simply put, on the Sunday 8th July 2012, there’ll be loads of tables and chairs set out in the Great Hall and hopefully loads of people painting, sculpting and chatting.
Even better – there’s no charge to attend on the Sunday. It’s free, gratis, nada !
Of course, you need to know the times – On Sunday, the hall will be open from 9:30am and the Paintathon will close at 3pm.
There will be tea and coffee available – O.K. you’ll have to pay for that like you do on the Saturday at FW, but it’s not excessive.
So, if you’re coming along to FigureWorld, maybe it’s worth considering staying for the full weekend ?
See you there.
