excellent! (y)
i like the warm whites/cold whites between the pants and the vest..
how/what did you use for the yellow? did you under coat the yellow any?

Well done Larry...........you have done the eyes to further enhance the facial expression and the flesh tones are great. Whats your next project?

guy

Thanks guys appreciate the kind words.

Gordy, for the yellow I used Vallejo Flat yellow as an undercoat then mixed medium yellow with yellow ochre oil for the finish

Guy, my next project will be one of three I have primed. One is a Aitna 90mm Austrian Cavalry from 1740, or a Metal Models 54mm Chasseur a Chevel, or a 120mm Milli Men KGL which I might put on a base for a vignette with a French figure.

Joe I think so. I wanted to go to MFCA with a theme, i.e. Napoleonic....I may just end up bringing a smattering of things.

Hey Larry!

He turned out great! The face and his expression is really good! Love the green/yellow and white combination, looks great, keep up the good work!

Thanks Anders, Lou and Jason, great compliments that I am not sure I am worthy of. Thanks too for the tip Lou, will have to try that, always willing to learn from others and try new things.

Well done my brother! (y)
Wonderful expression in the eyes and the groundwork ties him in well...Looking forward to seeing him at MFCA!

All the best
Patrick
