frank h A Fixture Joined Nov 8, 2003 Messages 1,257 Location Letchworth Hertfordshire Jan 23, 2006 #8 Hi Thanks for the encouragement Every time I paint it is an experiment But due to this figures exposed arms and legs have arirved at a skin tone formula I can get back to That is easy to remember it is as follows base colour ......75% light brown vallejo 929 25% flat yellow vallejo 953 darken with flat brown 984 lighten with citadel bleached bone tone with vallejo model air mahogany.... its a nice red wine colour and makes a nice pinky shade ...when mixed with the bleached bone and base colour This is an approximation of a number of painters mixes so not claiming to have arrived at it on my own hope it might be of use to someone Frank
