When I was packing and shipping figures today I realized that I need to do a new run of the Clara Bow figure. I will be sure to give every figure coming out of the mold extra attention. I was really surprised to hear that any of these figures had problems. As I said this figure is one of the easiest to cast in our line and I have not noticed any problems with it. I will be a lot more carful now that I have heard there was an issue.

Jeff thank you for taking the extra attention on your Clara Bow figure your customers really appreciate this type of care, well done. I really enjoyed painting Clara Bow, this figure really leapt out at me and demanded to be be painted. I purchased the model at Euro last year and had it researched, painted, based and titled by Jan of this year, which for me was lightning fast. Thank you for producing a wonderfully quirky figure of a very iconic and then forgotten woman.

You are welcome Dennis.

As I explained in our our PM Some of the issues you may have experienced are early production issues. This figure was very hard to cast as a resin master. She had a lot of problems that I thought would transfer as a metal figure. These did not transfer, for the most part this figure cast beautifully in metal. Almost no problems. One place I saw a problem was the heel of her grounded shoe. So I left a bit of extra material on that shoe so half of the figuers in first mold had that extra bit of material the other half did not. As it turns out the figure cast beautifully both ways. So you will see figures with a little extra flash in that area, and some with none. That is because I was not sure which would work better. They both worked fine. So you may see figures with little to clean and some with more to clean.

As I said earlier I will keep a sharp eye for any issues with the new run.

Best
Jeff
