This is the War Griffon Miniatures 1/10 bust. As noted, this is my first female subject. I tapped a couple of female friends for some tips on makeup, and got good insight from a YouTube video.

Also, I usually base-coat with acrylics and finish with oils, but this one is acrylics all the way. SO - comments? Observations?

This is a delicate piece to paint , do like the pastel colours you've used , can't comment on makeup ( stopped using that ages ago ...lol ) , nice fleshtones , flowers look good as well contrasting well with the hair

She is a lovely piece and you have done a great job on her, very subtle choice of colours and shading. You have arrived at an almost porcelain effect which I really like.
I have looked at that figure a couple of times on the El Greco website and thought about getting her to paint. There are lots of different ways she could be done which is the sign of a well designed bust.

Thank you, I am pleased with the way she is turning out. Painting half naked pretty girls is cheating a bit though, most people don't look at the actual painting, just the figure, literally!
