Hi All, I'm new to Planet Figure Posts. Here are some images of my latest kit. It is the wonderful bust from aussie sculptor Forlorne Hope of a Chinditt. Painted in oils to represent a very worn out soldier. The only addition to the bust was the smoke on the cigarette. Hope you like
Regrads,
Ben

G'day Ben,welcome to Planet Figure.
Absolutely beautiful result on David Ridley's great bust!
Excellent painting overall and the flesh is superb.
Well done,mate.

Hello Ben,Welcome to Planet Figure. You have done a great job on David Ridley's sculpt.I like the flesh tones and the sweat stains, looks like he has been in a jungle campaign.Well done.I very much enjoyed painting this bust too.

Kind regards John.

Welcome to Planet Figure Ben and congratulations on this superb bust, which won first place in the Busts category at WASMEX earlier this year.

I have to say it looks much better in person. I hope you'll post more pics of your superb figures and create a Vbench.

I was wondering why when i saw this bust it looked familiar. It was looking great at WASMEx before and still great now.

Daniel :)

Really well done Ben. The look of sweat on his back, the dark sunken look to the eyes, all very convincing touches to give him a weary look. I bought this piece myself, it's a real beauty and you've definitely done it justice here.
