Forum down for maintenance

Forum will be down for hardware upgrade starting around 9-10AM EST (13.00 - 14.00 GMT) this Thursday (August 17th). The main reason for the upgrade is the need to increase hard drive space available for uploads. Web site speed should also improve with faster processor.

The upgrade itself will take about 4-5 hours, but there is also a required DNS change that may take more time.

The server upgrade has been completed, but most members will not be able to access the forum yet as it takes time to propagate the DNS settings. I had to disable updates to 'Friends of planet' for now, as there is a problem with one of the feeds. I should have it back on later tonight.

By setting up my archives, new names have emerged for the artist and illustrator section, I'm typing names in the discussion , but I have a problem.

I have to leave and close the forum every new entry for access to the keys "post reply" and "upload to files"

It only happens to me?

The 'Post Reply', and 'Upload' buttons are only available when you are logged in. I am not sure what is terminating your login session, but make sure to select 'stay logged in' when you login.
