we do what we can

Hello Steve,
we do what we can. I look forward to see you in Folkestone.
Conny

Hello,
thanks for the nice words about the sunflowers :)

@Hardy: I think the most of our paperplants in scale 1:24 will be ready in the end of november 2009.

@Marc: You can use the plants for 1:32, 1:34 and 1:35. For example, we have a leave on the sunflower with the sice 7,2 x 8,5mm in 1:35.
In 1:34 must be the leave 7,41 x 8,75mm and in 1:32 must be the leave 7,87 x 9,29mm. So we have a differenz between 1:35 and 1:32 in the width of 0,67mm and in the higth of 0,729mm.

Cheers
Conny

Larger will do...for instance 1/32, for 75 mm figures.
At least this will go maybe for 54mm???
54mm = 1/32 scale.

No need for anyone to avoid using larger leaves at smaller scales Conny, sunflower leaves can be very large indeed (the size of a man's head or larger). Just as the flowerheads can become huge when the plants grow to 2m and taller.

Hello,
@Einion: It is true, one should not look so closely at the plants.
@Hardy: This month we make ready two 1:35 plants and then follow plants for 1:24
In the moment we have a date palm in progress look at the picture:
