French Demi-Brigade Standard Bearer

Just finished up this offering by First Legion, who have recently put out some really nice French Revolutionary period figures in white metal. Really high quality stuff and I had to take my time to be sure to get the result I wanted. The flag for example, does not have any pre-cast detail, so you can paint it to be any demi-brigade you want, but the trade off is you need to render that detail all by hand. Much holding of breath while paint was being applied during those sessions I can tell you! This figure is in 75mm as are the others in the series and was painted in Oils over acrylics.

Thanks again gentlemen, there were so many different variations on the flag to choose from, I wound up going with one of the more simple options for the sake of maintaining sanity.
