The whites you've done look great particularly like the weathering as well

Nice movement on the figure as well and the sculpt looks as nice with a good base choice from S73

If I might ask is the cockade painted ?

Why not enter something into the class of your choice in FOTM as well

Hi Kev, the grenadiers had the white cockades and a small black cockade ( continental) on the center to symbolize the alliance between the two countries.

THANKS! When I saw this figure, I want it to buy. And I am lucky man to get one from Nello. The whites are difficult to paint but I think I have done it.
It is a great addition for my display cabinet with the other 450 figures/busts...

You are very lucky to have this figure, i am still waiting for my French Fusilier from the Miniature preservation Soc.
Still decidimg which regiment to paint.
As for the cockades, white was in reverence for the king of France, they added a small bkack cockade to symbolize the Franco-American alliance.
