Hello everyone,
i create this post to introduce myself, hoping that this thread is in the right section
As you can see in my profil i'm a french guy, not so new in this hobby. I spent a lot of time painting figures between 12 and 18, and there was a big break into it until now ! Studies, girls, cars ... and so on made me loose interest for it.
But a few weeks ago, i started watching again pictures of nice figures on the Internet, and the virus came back very quickly !!
I started with 1/35 realistic figures (Dragon, Tamiya) painted with Humbrol enamels. Next i continued with CITADEL figures and paints which were a big progress. I bought them only for painting (never done any battles!), and near the end i painted 3 realistic figures. A GIGN soldier (resin 1/35), a Vietnam bazooka soldier (resin 1/35) and a couple of 101st airborne D-Day GI's (resine 1/35).
So i decided to buy some paints and 2 cheap figures to paint, and see if it's like the bike ...
I have no pictures of the old figures i realized, and will try to take some in a few days to show you what my (bad!) skill was ! I've spent some time looking to some of the figures here, and some of you have a very very good skill in both painting and sculpting.
Sorry if my english is not good enough to read, but i'm doing my best !!
Thank's
Yogi
