Marco22, yes possible out of scale. But in my backyard, I have leaves of foot size.

Nicely painted and presented. My only suggestion would be to try to warm up your flesh tones a bit. Perhaps its the photography but his skin looks a little too brown/blue to me. Flesh usually has a bit of a yellow cast and also includes some reds. Perhaps he is meant to be cold?
