Hi guys
Do you have any suggestions for creating the fringes on a cowboy shirt I was thinking milliput
Or perhaps lead foil with berry fine thin cuts would like to take the Andrea real cowboy figure , and try a replicate the Remington painting figure
Cheers Chris

This is the image I am sure you guys are familier with

You might try mixing either Apoxie Sculpt or Magic Sculpt with Knead-a-tite, about 60/40 and roll it out very thin. Let it begin hardening (it won't take long) before you make the cuts with a new, very sharp blade. The mixture will be less fragile than straight Milliput (which I've tried and don't like), Apoxie Sculpt or Magic Sculpt. The Knead-a-tite (mix yellow and blue substances to make green) gives the mixture the stiffness needed for sculpting fragile things, such as fringe.
Hope this works for you.

Is it plastic(resin) or a metal figure'? Either way, some thin plastic card, and tease it with a Pyrogravure like what us old-timers used on Historex kits for Horses Manes and tails. Ray
