This is the final of three 1/9th scale busts released by MMM commemorating the 70th anniversary of the commencement of Operation Market Garden.
Exactly 70 years ago General 'Jumpin Jim' Gavin commanded the United States 82nd Airborne Division which was responsible for the capture of strategic bridges along the Maas-Waal canal and the Nijmegen road bridge over the river Waal. His Division also captured and defended the strategically important Groesbeek heights during Market Garden.
