That is a real lovely piece of painting on both the horse and figure , hard yo believe this is just a plastic as Andrew says

beautiful figure. love the different hat. it was not common so it makes a distinctive detail.
 
Amazing work, great palette. It has an amazing relaxing atmosphere. It evokes in me a beautiful, glowing day in the western countryside (without questioning the background story). Really cool.
