A few months ago, I picked up a Toob of American Presidents from Safari Limited to practice my skintones. As only appropriate, I started with George Washington.

I'm stuck... I don't like his hair, and I feel like his skin could be... better.
Where should i start? What can I improve?
(And, yes... if I ever do this model, again, I'm going to sculpt a damn coat on him.)
