Stunning. I'd be interested to know what marks it out specifically as "German" though.

This is why it is German.:) The bust is based on a painting by Eberhard Stammel (Born Duren Germany 1833- Died Dusseldorf Germany 1896) A German painted by a German.? Could have been Austrian or Dutch or? but Ernesto posted it as German and so it is a German and German's sell better. Excellent work by Pavol and Ernesto. This new bust will be for sale at www.unitedempireminiatures.com in the next day or so.
