Hi there! dunno if it's right to start a new thread as I'd already posted one on the same matter..if not beg your pardon.
Anyway..even if very slowly due to the miserable time I can find to work on it, I did some , hope, improvement ( like the ears and the gen ranks on the tunic collar)and some litle step ahead on this sculpture...Hope you still like and to get advices and critics...
Hi to all

Wow, nicely done, great progress so far! Can't wait to see the next set of pics.

Will this be a single piece, or will you perhaps pair him with another figure or figures in a vignette? And sorry if you already noted this, because I haven't yet seen the other thread, but what's the scale you're using?

Thanks!

Brad

Hi Brad, glad you like it...About your questions, well, the scale is 75 mm and, yes ,my idea is to create a vignette where ones can see the General's room in one side and a german infantryman on the other side.I mean, the wall is some kind of border line dividing the two differents way of living the war...as I already wrote when posted first... "different ranks ain't peanuts at all!"Both, man in trench and Gen are reading ,and this is the title " a letter from home"...
Next days hope I'll be able to find some hours to go ahead with this ..german stuff....
Thanks for your appreciation words...

Hey Rinaldo!

You're a natural sculptor, the fingers on the right hand are perfect! It doesn't matter what you turn your hand to next, it's gonna be good!

Cheers,
Jon.
