Finished this guy quite some time ago, took some photos but never got round to posting him up until now. One of the best figures in that Tamiya range I think. Oils over acrylics.

A very fine rendition of a great figure Steve. I particularly like the subtle shading and the way the equipment is painted.. I've got another in the stash and I'm feeling inspired.....
 
I like that Steve! Nicely subdued colours on what looks to be an excellent figure. Might have to check if Hannants have got one.

Thanks Peter. I'm a great admirer of your own work so I really appreciate your comments. Funnily enough it was your recent DAK version of this figure that reminded me I'd taken a few photos of mine, so it looks like we're inspiring each other!

Thank you Phil. Like I said above, it's one of the best in this particular Tamiya range or even from any manufacturer in injection-moulded plastic figures in this scale. Readily available as well, and I've seen them to be had for as little as 16 quid posted.
