Could be the lighting when you took the picture, but I think the facial highlights could be toned back a little. They appear too stark. The eyes and lower lid could also benefit from a bit more definition. Again, it could be the lighting and reflection that's causing this in the photo. Perhaps take a few more pics and post them. Overall he looks pretty good !
