This is my last sculpting on a German paratrooper during the WW2. I believe being the first reproducing a "flying" soldier, I saw few next to the door , ready to jump but never one "on the jump". My attent was to give the idea of falling in the air with the parachute. I hope I got it. Any comment is welcome, please excuse the poor pics and the patafix between the joints. Ciao

Luca, excellent idea and very original. Great sculpting , any chance of posting bigger pics or close-ups. BTW what scale is it ?.
Many thanks for sharing. (y)
Cheers Ken

Great idea and nicely executed, i like the idea of the flat on the background to go with the 3dimensional sculpt, very appealing for a display.

I agree any bigger images please?

Steve

An excellent idea and pose. It is interesting to note that the Allies' parachute harness equipment was far superior to anything the Nazis used, and after Crete, the Fallschirmjägers were only used as elite infantry.

german paratrooper

great job, a pose to dynamic, you could get pictures in more detail?
bello.....

A very creative idea and well organized with good composition.
Unfortunately, as of Sunday morning, I couldn't get the rather small images
to enlarge. As several others mentioned, I hope you will try to add more
pictures that will show this unique piece of sculpturing display to be shown in
it true light. . . Ah. . . as in "Let there be light"?

PS. Ah. . . that would be Sunday morning, 10 Jan. in the American Heartland

Thanks to all Guys. Sorry again for the poor photos. Take a look here if I did some better...

Hello!

Nice figure. But here is a historical problem. The German Falschirmjäger Soldat didn't jump with his rifle or his weapons. All weapons were in a container. First task was find the container and get the rifle or the MP-s.

cheers,
Balázs
